At Viper our products that are not “Sold Out” we have that item in stock. We sell what we have, we don’t sell then build then ship weeks to months later. Most items will ship within 1-7 business days except for holidays, weekends, acts of God or the government!! Some items may have a specified lead time stated in the item description. Custom orders will have a longer lead time before shipping. All returns are for product price only. We warranty Viper products against manufacturing defects. Viper brand products are AMERICAN made and warrantied for life! That means even if you purchased it from someone else, we stand with Viper brand products. We will replace it, per the warranty policy on the About page just send us your old one. We like to evaluate it to help drive improvements. Check out new products here!
